Submitting a booking request via our website does not constitute a guaranteed or binding reservation. All requests are subject to host availability review. A reservation is officially confirmed only after we issue an email confirmation and receive the required payment or confirmation deposit.

Payment is handled on a secure hosted payment page of our card processor. Card details never touch our server. Rates are subject to applicable state and local lodging taxes (7.5% total: Florida 6% state sales tax plus Hillsborough County 1.5% tourist development tax).

Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days prior to check-in. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 days and 3 days prior to check-in. Non-refundable (0% refund) for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by replying to your reservation confirmation email.

Sterling Suites Ybor is strictly an adults-only property (21+). Every staying guest must be at least 21 years of age. Infants, children, and minors under 21 are not permitted on the premises at any time. A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) is required for each guest upon arrival.

• Historic Ybor City Corridor: Our property is situated on 7th Avenue in the heart of Historic Ybor City's nightlife district. Guests may experience ambient street energy, club music, and pedestrian vibrancy on weekends and evenings. • Elevator & Cigar Lounge Disclosure: The central building elevator serves both the guest suites and the 4th-floor Sterling Cigar Lounge. Elevator passengers may notice the pleasant aroma of premium cigars. • Non-Smoking Suites: All indoor suites are 100% smoke-free and vape-free. A $250 sanitization fee applies to violations. • Quiet Hours & Occupancy: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, commercial filming, and unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited. Maximum suite occupancy limits are enforced.

Guests agree to exercise care during their stay and maintain the suite in good condition. The primary guest assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damages to the unit, building fixtures, or furnishings caused by any member of their party or invited visitors.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and Hillsborough County, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
