Sterling Suites is situated directly in the heart of Historic Ybor City's nightlife corridor on 7th Avenue. Guests will experience vibrant ambient street energy, active clubs, party crowds, and loud live music—particularly on weekends and late evenings.
The primary building elevator provides direct access to both the guest suites and the 4th-floor Sterling Cigar Lounge. Because of this shared amenity, passengers may encounter the natural aroma of premium cigars inside the elevator cab and entryway.
Restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops line 7th Ave right outside the building.
A private balcony, record player with vinyl LPs, and a Keurig for morning coffee.
Guests consistently highlight how clean the space is and how quickly the host responds.

“My wife and I stayed here this past weekend for a wedding and could not have been happier with our experience! The location was a 10/10 and was in close walking distance to a lot of the fun bars and restaurants in Ybor City. There was also a great rooftop bar/lounge in our building that we checked out as well and would highly recommend. Young was great with communication from check in to check out, and responded quickly to any questions that we had during our stay. The unit itself was perfect and incredibly clean. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Tampa!”
“A true host and I look forward to staying on my next trip to Tampa.”
“Not full of amenities, but it is in an amazing spot to walk to all the venues. This place is to be rented by someone who would enjoy the nightlife.”
“Great location, communication, clean. Definitely recommend staying here.”
