Sterling Suites is situated directly in the heart of Historic Ybor City's nightlife corridor on 7th Avenue. Guests will experience vibrant ambient street energy, active clubs, party crowds, and loud live music—particularly on weekends and late evenings.
The primary building elevator provides direct access to both the guest suites and the 4th-floor Sterling Cigar Lounge. Because of this shared amenity, passengers may encounter the natural aroma of premium cigars inside the elevator cab and entryway.
Restaurants, bars, and cafes line 7th Ave right outside, with Centennial Park about a 5-min walk away.
A private balcony overlooking the street, with a Keurig coffee maker and a record player with vinyl LPs.
Guests highlight how clean and quiet the apartment is, even right on the main strip.

“It was a great stay!”
“Tim and I enjoyed being on the main street in Ybor City because we like to walk. Our host Young Joo was quick to reply with check in information and the apartment was clean, spacious, and a perfect temperature in the room. I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony as well as the extensive record album art in the lobby.”
