Digital Accessibility Standards (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 Level AA)
We believe the web should be accessible to everyone. In accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and federal digital non-discrimination best practices, our website is architected from the source code level to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA requirements.
Rather than relying on superficial automated third-party overlay widgets, our platform implements native HTML5 semantic elements, robust ARIA attributes, and accessible React engineering:
- Rigorous Color Contrast: All text tokens, interactive labels, prices, and policy disclosures meet or exceed the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against dark and light backgrounds (and 3:1 for large typography and active UI controls).
- Full Keyboard Operability: A persistent, accessible “Skip to main content” link enables immediate header bypass. The entire application—from calendar date selection to checkout—can be seamlessly operated via keyboard alone (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, and Arrow keys) with zero keyboard traps and visible, high-contrast focus rings.
- Focus Management & Trapping: All interactive modals—including our media gallery lightbox, parking route zoom viewer, and mobile navigation drawer—feature strict focus trapping, Escape key dismissal, and automatic focus restoration to the originating trigger.
- Screen Reader Optimization: Every input field is bound to an explicit
<label htmlFor="...">element. Real-time form validations and rate calculations are linked programmatically with ARIA live regions (aria-live,role="alert") for immediate assistive technology feedback. - Motion & Vestibular Controls: The platform natively honors
prefers-reduced-motionuser preferences by disabling automatic transitions and provides explicit Play/Pause controls on background media.
